Gates open at 12h00 on Friday 22nd November and close at 14h00 on Sunday 24th November 2024.
The gates are open 24hrs.
Please do not arrive before gate opening times, you will not be allowed entrance.
Music starts in the evening on Friday and ends in the evening on Sunday.
Everybody needs to leave the venue by 10h00 on Monday the 25th of November.

Tickets will only be available for purchase at the gate if the event does not sell out before. Please note tickets are limited for this event.
Yes, only one name change per ticket is allowed. This can be done in the ModemSA:Portal.
Name changes are possible until 20th November 2024 at 23h59 (GMT+2).
Do not buy tickets directly from people as you cannot enter the festival with a ticket that is not in your name.
We do not accept written mandates with copies of IDs or passports to transfer personalised tickets.
Yes, you can request a refund in your ModemSA:Portal.
Completed refund request requests for 2024 tickets must be received by 23:59 (GMT+2) on 7th November 2024. No late refund requests will be accepted.
Refunds are not possible for tickets bought after the 7th November 2024 at 23:59 (GMT+2).
Any refund requested after the 24th of October 2024 will be processed 2 weeks after the event.
E-ticket refunds will be processed at the beginning of each new month. Please note the payment process can take longer for funds to clear in your account.
Note that all ticket refunds are subject to a fee of 10% due to administrative costs and bank fees, as specified in our Terms and Conditions.
The shop booking fee is not refundable.
Please note you will not receive a confirmation email when you request a refund or your refund is processed, you can check the status of your refund by clicking “MANAGE” on the relevant order in your ModemSA:Portal.
If you have a ticket you purchased for a friend and they would like to request a refund with their own bank details you will need to first re-assign the ticket to them so they can manage the ticket and request the refund themselves. If you do not re-assign it to them, you can only request a refund with your own bank details.
The ticket buyer is able to request refunds for any ticket purchased within their order, unless they re-assign a ticket to a new customer.
Please make sure your bank info is correct, if the correct banking information is not provided this will delay your payment and possibly incur extra bank fees for returned funds.
You can cancel your refund as long as your refund payment has not been made yet. Email us to cancel – tickets.modemsa@modemfestival.com

Upon arrival at the festival your e-tickets are only valid in combination with a valid ID or passport. Your ID or passport must match the name on your e-ticket.
We do not accept a written mandate to transfer personalised tickets.

What do I do if I have lost or misplaced my ticket, don’t know the status of my ticket, can’t login to ModemSA:Portal or my email address has changed?
