What date is the 3 Month Payment Plan available and what are the installment payment details?

The 3 Month Payment Plan is available from 13th March 10h00 (GMT+2) until 7th September 23h59 (GMT+2) 2025.

The 2 Month Payment Plan is available from 8th September 00h0 (GMT+2) until 2nd October 23h59 (GMT+2) 2025.

What date is my payment due each month?

Payment is due on the same date as the original order each month.

Where can I view the status of my Payment Plan order?

You can view the status of your Payment Plan order in your shop profile.

You will receive email reminders 7 days before each due date displaying the amount you need to pay.

Can I buy more than 1 ticket at the same time with the Payment Plan option?

There is a limit of 1 festival ticket per Payment Plan order. If you would like to use the Payment Plan option for more than 1 ticket you need to make each order separately.

Can I buy add-ons like Zenith Camp or Pre-Quilibrium Ticket with the Payment Plan option?

Payment Plans only apply to festival tickets. Other add-ons need to be purchased separately and do not have the option for Payment Plans.

If I made a Payment Plan order, when will I be sent my festival ticket ?

Your ticket will be sent once all payments have been received. The ticket is not valid until all installments have been paid in full.

Can I change the name of my ticket if I bought it with a Payment Plan?

Yes, one name change per ticket is allowed and can only be done after full payment is received. Name changes are possible until 20th November 2025 at 11h00 (GMT+2) and can be done via the ModemSA:Portal.

What happens if I miss a payment deadline?

If a payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your order will be canceled.

If the cancellation occurs before the refund deadline on 7th November 2025 at 23h59 (GMT+2), you will be refunded the amount paid so far minus a 10% refund fee.

No refunds will be issued after the deadline.

The booking fee is non-refundable. 

The ticket is not valid until all installments have been paid in full.

Can I request a refund for my Payment Plan order?

Completed refund requests and refund cancellations for 2025 tickets must be received by 7th November 2025 at 23h59 (GMT+2).

If you did not pay all the installments you will be refunded the amount paid so far minus a 10% fee. 

No refunds will be issued after the deadline.

The booking fee is non-refundable. 

Payment plan orders initiated after the refund deadline are not eligible for refunds.

What payment methods are available for the Payment Plan option?

Payment Methods

  • Credit Card :
    • You will be directed to a payment portal to make your first payment. If your first payment is not successful your order will be cancelled and you will need to start again.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with payment details and links for future payments.
    • Payment links are also available in your ModemSA:Portal.
    • Credit card payments are fixed amounts, however you can pay an entire installment off earlier than your due date if you prefer. 
  • Bank Transfer :
    • You will receive an email with Mo:Dem Festival SA’s bank details, due dates, payment references, and instructions.
    • You have 7 days to make the payment; otherwise, your order will be canceled.
    • You can pay more than the due amount to reduce the number of payments if you prefer, however you cannot pay less.
