At Mo:Dem, we always try to give great attention to detail to our art and visual projects. Most of the time the sky’s the limit. But before the sky, there is the budget allowance.
We are always trying to push the boundaries of what is possible and maximise the dancefloor experience by investing a great amount of time and a substantial part of the budget into stage design, decor, as well as the light and visual show.

What you see at Mo:Dem is the result of months and months of work, starting from our stage designers, who are 3D modelling and drawing ideas for months, to our visual crews that are generating content to make the mapping show unforgettable. We like to complicate things and give ourselves a headache for the greater result. It’s worth it for us and we hope for you too.

At the same time, we are trying to make it affordable to most of the public. Balancing this cost versus the experience is always hard. Tickets might seem more expensive than other events, but our mission and goal is to present something different and fresh. To elevate the festival experience by transforming the dancefloor into an immense audio visual experience that you have never experienced before.

Mo:Dem SA 2025 ticket presale will be launched on Wednesday, 5 February 2025 at 10:00 (GMT+2).

The Pre-Quilibrium Ticket includes : 

• Access to the festival site from 12h00 on Thursday 20th November 2025 
• 13 hrs of music at the River Flow Stage from 17h00 on Thursday 20th November until 06h00 21st November 2025

This ticket is an add-on and requires a separately purchased Regular Festival Ticket to gain entry to the event. You cannot enter the event with only a Pre-Quilibrium Ticket.

Mo:Dem SA tickets are strictly limited and can be bought only at the official reseller stated above. Tickets are personalised and need to be registered with a valid name and surname. 

Only one name change per ticket is allowed. This can be done in the ModemSA:Portal.
Name changes are possible until 20th November 2025 at 11h00 (GMT+2). 

If you need to resell your ticket, please only post on your personal social media profiles only. 
We do not allow posts selling tickets on Mo:Dem SA pages or profiles. 

If you are unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, refund requests will be accepted. T&Cs apply.

Unless stated otherwise Mo:Dem SA is accepting refund requests for tickets sold in regular presales. 

Completed refund request forms and refund cancellations for 2025 tickets must be received by 23:59 (GMT+2) on 7th November 2025.

Refunds are not possible for tickets bought after the 7th November 2025 at 23:59 (GMT+2).

E-ticket refunds will be processed at the beginning of each new month. Please note the payment process can take longer for funds to clear in your account. 

Note that all ticket refunds are subject to a fee of 10% due to administrative costs and bank fees, as specified in our Terms and Conditions.

The shop booking fee is not refundable.

Please note you will not receive a confirmation email when you request a refund or your refund is processed, you can check the status of your refund by clicking “MANAGE” on the relevant order in your ModemSA:Portal 

If you have a ticket you purchased for a friend and they would like to request a refund with their own bank details you will need to first re-assign the ticket to them so they can manage the ticket and request the refund themselves. If you do not re-assign it to them, you can only request a refund with your own bank details.

The ticket buyer is able to request refunds for any ticket purchased within their order, unless they re-assign a ticket to a new customer.

Please make sure your bank info is correct, if the correct banking information is not provided this will delay your payment and possibly incur extra bank fees for returned funds.

You can cancel your refund as long as your refund payment has not been made yet. Email us to cancel – modemsa@modemfestival.com

ZENITH CAMP

PAYMENT PLAN 
Completed refund requests and refund cancellations for 2025 tickets as well as partially paid payment plan tickets must be received by 7th November 2025 at 23h59 (GMT+2).

If a payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your order will be canceled.

If the cancellation occurs before the refund deadline on 7th November 2025 at 23h59 (GMT+2), you will be refunded the amount paid so far minus a 10% refund fee.

No refunds will be issued after the deadline.

Payment plan orders initiated after the refund deadline are not eligible for refunds.

The booking fee is non-refundable. 

Only one name change per ticket is allowed and can only be done after full payment is received.

Name changes are possible until 20th November 2025 at 11h00 (GMT+2) and can be done via the ModemSA:Portal.
